EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Cavalere has over 28 years experience in professional surveying
and mapping in Florida. He has worked in both the field and
the office on both private and public projects. He has worked
for Orange County Municipal Government for 13 years including
holding the position of Orange County Surveyor. For the last
15 years he has worked for the private sector.
Projects managed by Mr. Cavalere include the following:

Interstate 4 Polk County - Project Manager for FDOT District
1 General Interstate Consultant project through Polk County.
Providing quality control review and approval of survey services
by consultants for the FDOT. Coordination and management of
survey subconsultant services for Interstate 4 planned improvements
and widening.

S.R. 20 Putnam County - Project Manager for bridge replacement
project at Sweetwater Creek and Rice Creek. The project included
the preparation of control survey, design survey, right-of-way
maps, wetland location and legal description preparation for
land acquisition for FDOT, District 2.

Municipal Government Projects - Provided field surveys,
field and office supervision and professional certification
for Municipal Government projects including; highway improvements,
right-of-way acquisition, drainage improvements, drainage studies,
aerial mapping control, enhancement projects, construction layout,
utility projects, legal description preparation, expert witness
testimony, and public hearing presentations.

S.R. 520 - Project Manager for FDOT-District 5 project
for the 6-mile advanced Right-of-Way mapping project. The project
included the preparation of a control survey, sectional retracement
and establishment of horizontal and vertical control. Right-of-Way
maps were prepared for this project.

S.R. 500 - Project Manager for FDOT-District 5 for the
3-mile Mill and Resurfacing project in Osceola County. Survey
services included vertical control network and setting of permanent
bench marks; alignment determination; horizontal control traverse
between GPS control; cross-sections of the existing road.

Silver Lake Drive - Project Manager for the 5.3 mile
extension of this road project in Seminole County. The project
included the preparation of control survey, design survey, right-of-way
maps, wetland location and legal description preparation for
land acquisition for Seminole County Government.

S.R. 15 Conway Road - Project Manager for FDOT District
5 road project in Orange County. Supervision of Right of Way
Map preparation including: control surveys, topographic surveys,
legal description preparation, utility location.

Lake Drive - Project Manager for 3-mile road project
for Seminole County. Survey services included the preparation
of control surveys, topographic surveys, boundary retracement,
GPS control survey, Right of Way Map preparation, legal description
preparation.

Osceola Parkway - Supervised the preparation of boundary
surveys, topographic surveys, wetland and right-of-way surveys
for roadway design and land development in Osceola County. Supervised
the survey inspection of road construction including bridge
construction over Interstate 4.

International Drive Extension - Supervised and prepared
right-of-way maps, legal descriptions and calculations for the
alignment and extension of 4.5 miles of roadway from Orangewood
Neighborhood 2 to the Lake Buena Vista exit at S.R. #535.

Subsurface Utility Engineering Subsurface Utility Mapping &
Surveying (S.U.M.S) - Project Manager for horizontal and
vertical verification of underground utilities for highway and
private development projects. Work included vacuum excavation
of all underground utility lines underground. These include:
4-miles along S.R. 500 (U.S. 192) in Leesburg for FDOT-District
5.; 4.2-miles of S.R. 435 in Orange County for FDOT - District
5; 5.1-miles of S.R. 500 (South Orange Blossom Trail) in Osceola
and Orange County for FDOT - District 5; 3.1-miles of Lake Drive
in Seminole County for Seminole County Engineering Department;
3-miles of S.R. 35 in Wildwood for FDOT, District 5.

Private development projects - Supervised the surveying
support for the design, development and platting of over 300
subdivisions in Orange and Seminole County. This included boundary
surveys, topographic surveys, wetland jurisdictional surveys
and subdivision plat preparation.
